Our Proven Two-Phase Inspection Approach

After conducting thousands of inspections, we utilize a two-phase approach that ensures every aspect of your home is carefully evaluated—and that all your questions are answered.

Phase One: Inspecting, Testing, and Operating

Your inspection begins on the exterior of the home, where your inspector makes at least two passes of the building on the ground before inspecting the roof. Roof inspections are performed by walking the roof, flying the roof with our professional drones, or both. Inside the home, your inspector works from the bottom up, testing and operating all visible and accessible systems and components. Every element is examined with precision equipment and a careful eye.

Phase Two: Reviewing and Educating

Once the testing portion of your inspection is complete, your inspector will guide you through the home—from top to bottom—carefully explaining any defects, safety concerns, or maintenance issues uncovered during the process. This in-person review allows you to see findings firsthand, ask detailed questions, and gain a deeper understanding of your home’s overall condition. It’s also a valuable time to receive personalized advice on upkeep, budgeting for future repairs, and how to prioritize improvements.

Our goal is to ensure you feel confident, informed, and empowered to make smart decisions about your property for years to come.

Why It Works

This two-phase method allows our inspectors to overlap their work, putting eyes on your home multiple times and increasing both accuracy and thoroughness. It also gives you flexibility—you can attend the full inspection or just the second phase if time is tight.

Can’t be there in person? No problem. We offer FaceTime recaps or a detailed phone consultation after the inspection to ensure you’re fully informed, even from afar.
